In this blessed month of Rabi al-Awwal, we encourage reflection on the light, character, and mercy of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. As we honor his memory and timeless teachings, our hope at Sanad Prep is to embody his spirit—reflecting warmth, truth, and love throughout our learning and community.
Enjoy this heartfelt recitation of an original poem written and voiced by Sanad Prep senior Leen Nabri.
📖 POEM TEXT:
For the Beloved ﷺ
By Leen Nabri
How the night was bright, and angels sang,
A light appeared, from which all sprang.
Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah.
Mercy sent, was a gift so true,
The world found hope when it found you.
O Beloved of Allah, O hope of the Ummah.
Your smile, it was gentle, your words a cure,
A truth so eternal, oh forever pure.
“Read, in the Name of your Lord who creates.”
In each prayer, your name we say,
While hearts grow soft, our sins decay.
O Messenger of Allah, our longing for you is supreme.
So let our souls be near your side,
In hope and love, with tears we cried.
O Beloved of Allah, the light of our hearts and our guide.
